What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect your email address to notify you when ShipWindow launches. We do not collect any other personal information at this stage.

When you connect a GitHub repository, we receive GitHub OAuth tokens and repository metadata (repository name, pull request events, review events, push events). We do not read or store your source code.

How we use it

• Your email is used only to notify you of the ShipWindow launch. We will not send marketing email beyond launch communications.
• GitHub data is used solely to calculate the delivery metrics shown on your dashboard (PR cycle time, review time, commit frequency, etc.).
• We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.

Cookies

This site uses a single session cookie for authentication only. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics scripts are used.

Data storage

Email addresses are stored with Resend (our email provider). GitHub event data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Both providers are EU/US based and maintain appropriate security practices.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@shipwindow.dev. We will remove your data within 7 days.
